Support
Help and support.
Tenna is a player. It has no channels of its own, so most problems come from the playlist, the connection, or the app. Here is where to start.
Quick fixes
- A channel will not play, or keeps stopping. Tenna reconnects by itself and waits for the network. If it still fails, the channel itself may be down: check it with your provider. Many providers allow only one stream at a time, so close other apps and devices that are watching.
- The TV guide is empty or at the wrong time. Open Settings, Playlists, choose the playlist, then Manage EPG. You can add a guide address of your own there, and shift the times of a provider whose guide runs early or late.
- Adding a playlist did not work. Check the address, username and password with your provider, and that an M3U link opens in a browser.
- The picture or sound is wrong on a film. Try another audio track from the player's menu. On a phone or tablet you can also switch the player in Settings, Video Player.

Report a problem
Email support@tennaplayer.com, or open an issue on GitHub, and tell us:
- which app you use (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows or Mac) and its version, which is in Settings, About;
- your device and system version;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- whether it happens on every channel or only one.
Please never share your playlist login, server address or password, in an email or an issue (issues on GitHub are public). If a screenshot shows them, hide them first.
Content and privacy
Tenna provides no channels, films or series, and is not connected to any provider. For what a playlist contains, or a problem with an account, contact the provider. How Tenna handles data is in the privacy policy, and what it is and is not is in the disclaimer.
