The short version
- Tenna provides no channels, films, series or streams and stores none.
- You add your own playlist. What it contains, and whether you may use it, is your responsibility.
- Tenna is not affiliated with any playlist provider, broadcaster, league or brand.
1. No content provided
Tenna IPTV Player is a media player, in the same way a web browser or a video player on your computer is. It opens playlists and streams that you supply from a provider you choose. Tenna does not supply, host, upload, index, sell, recommend or endorse any channel, film, series, stream, playlist, subscription or provider. The app ships empty.
2. No affiliation
Tenna is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any playlist provider, broadcaster, streaming service, sports league, club, studio or any other company whose name, channel or programme you may see in your own playlist or in the sports data. That includes, for example, ESPN, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Cloudflare and GitHub, whose services the app or this website touches. All names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
3. Your responsibility
- You decide which playlists to add and what to watch. Use only playlists and content that you are legally entitled to access.
- Laws about streaming, recording and downloading differ from country to country. It is up to you to know and follow the rules where you live.
- We cannot check what a provider offers or whether it has the rights to offer it. Using an unlicensed service may be illegal and may put your account or device at risk.
- Recording and downloading (on the phone and tablet apps) are for personal use of content you may legally keep.
4. Copyright and takedowns
Because Tenna hosts no content, we have nothing to remove and no ability to remove content from a provider's service or from your playlist. If you believe a stream or listing infringes your rights, send your notice to the provider or host that serves it. If you believe something on this website or in Tenna's own code or artwork infringes your rights, tell us on GitHub with enough detail to find it, and we will look into it promptly.
5. Information shown in the app
Some information in the app comes from other parties and may be incomplete, late or wrong, and we do not promise otherwise:
- Sports scores and fixtures come from ESPN's public, unofficial scoreboard and may change or stop without notice. Do not rely on them for anything important, including betting.
- TV guide, titles, artwork, ratings, descriptions and categories come from your provider. Tenna shows them as received.
- "Best channel for this match" is a suggestion based on names in your playlist, not a guarantee that the match is on that channel.
6. Streaming quality and availability
Whether a stream plays, how sharp it is, and how reliable it is depend on your provider, your internet connection and your device, not on Tenna. Streams can stop, repeat, lag behind live or disappear at any time. Tenna tries to reconnect a dropped stream, but cannot promise it will recover. Many providers allow only one stream per account at a time, which affects multi-view.
7. Parental controls
The Kids profile hides categories whose names look adult and asks for a PIN to leave it. It works from the names in your playlist, so it can miss things, and a PIN is a convenience lock on one device, not a guarantee. Supervise children, and do not rely on it alone.
8. The software
Tenna is provided "as is", as described in the terms of use, without any promise that it is free of mistakes or will work on your device. Back up anything you care about; the app keeps your settings and library on your device, and a bug, update or uninstall could remove them. The app includes open-source software, including FFmpeg in the desktop apps; see the open-source notices.
9. Links
This website and the app link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
